Today, with the increase in uncertainties, variables and risks businesses and institutions have turned more to multiple decision-making techniques in their decision-making processes. TOPSIS method, one of the most common of these techniques, is the subject of the research part of the study. Based on these general views, in the study; it is aimed to discuss the bibliometric analysis and results of publications containing "TOPSIS" concepts in the "business, management and accounting" category in the Scopus Database. For this purpose, 757 publications from the relevant category between 2005 and 2023 were tackled as research data. In data analysis of the research; VOSviewer and R Studio Biometrix package programs were used in detail to evaluate and visualize the contents of the analyzed publications and the relationships between them. As a result of the research part, it was understood that most of the publications were articles and related to the field of business, management and accounting. On the other hand, it has been observed that there has been a significant increase in studies focused on the TOPSIS method, especially since 2014. Additionally, the research found that the most prominent publications in the field are generally from India, China and Iran. Another result of the research is that the countries with the most citations are; it was seen that they were listed as India, China, Iran and Turkey. Though according to the results of the analysis made in the research; University of Tehran, Islamic Azad University and National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli were determined as the most published authors and institutions. Additionally, organizations that support publications in this field are the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. On the other hand, it can be stated that key words such as TOPSIS, Fuzzy TOPSIS, AHP are discussed at a broader level in the literature. In summary, the publications examined were frequently published, especially after 2016; it can be expressed that the subjects are multi-criteria decision making, preference order technique according to similarity to the ideal solution, performance, analytical hierarchy process, sustainable development, multi-criteria analysis, fuzzy techniques and hierarchical systems.
