Summary
Bu araştırmanın amacı, farklı yaşam doyumu düzeylerine (düşük, orta, yüksek) göre hemşirelerin mesleki ve eş tükenmişlik düzeylerinin anlamlı biçimde farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını incelemektir. Konya ili merkez ilçeleri ile Akşehir ilçesinde bulunan Devlet hastanelerinde görev yapan evli 235 kadın hemşireden oluşan araştırma grubuna, Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği (YDÖ), Tükenmişlik Ölçeği-Kısa Formu (TÖ-KF), Eş Tükenmişlik Ölçeği-Kısa Formu (ETÖ-KF) ile “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda, hemşirelerin mesleki ve eş tükenmişliği puanlarının yaşam doyumu düzeylerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği, hemşirelerin yaşam doyumu düzeylerine göre hem mesleki tükenmişlik, hem de eş tükenmişliği puan ortalamalarının farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte hemşirelerin yaşam doyumu düzeyleri yükseldikçe mesleki ve eş tükenmişlik puanlarının azaldığı, diğer taraftan yaşam doyumu düzeyleri azaldıkça mesleki ve eş tükenmişlik puanlarının yükseldiği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine whether the career and couple burnout levels of nurses differ significantly by different life satisfaction levels (low, medium, high). Sample of the research consisted of 235 female nurses working in the state hospitals located in the central districts of the province of Konya as well as the district of Akşehir. Life Satisfaction Scale (LSS), Burnout Measure-Short Form (BM-SF), Couple Burnout Measure-Short Form (CBM-SF) and “Personal Information Form” were used in the research. At the end of the analyses, it was determined that career and couple burnout scores of nurses significantly differed by the life satisfaction levels and both career burnout and couple burnout score averages of the nurses differed in accordance with the life satisfaction levels of the nurses. Also, it was reported that career and couple burnout scores decreased as the life satisfaction levels of nurses increased while career and couple burnout scores increased as the life satisfaction levels increased.
