Summary
21. yüzyılın toplum hayatında meydana getirdiği değişimlere bağlı olarak formal normlarda birey yetiştirilmesiyle doğrudan ilişkili olan eğitim kurumlarında odak noktasında bulunan öğretmenlerin teknolojiyi kullanabilen bireylerin yetiştirilmesi boyutunda rehberlik sağlamaları gerekmektedir. Bu noktada öğretmenlerin hizmet öncesi dönemde lisans eğitimleri sırasında almış oldukları eğitim, teknoloji yeterliliklerinin sağlanması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Eğitim fakültelerinde teknoloji yeterliliğinin geliştirilmesine yönelik olarak öğretmen adayları Bilgisayar I ve Bilgisayar II derslerini iki yarıyıl boyunca almaktadırlar. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada öğretmen adaylarının görüşleri alınarak Bilgisayar derslerinin niteliğine, işleyiş sürecine ve bu derslerden elde edecekleri kazanımlara yönelik bir betimleme amaçlanmıştır. Nitel olarak yürütülen çalışmanın, araştırma grubunu 2012-2013 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Niğde Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi’nde çeşitli programlarda öğrenim görmekte olan 227 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmen adaylarına katıldıkları Bilgisayar derslerinin sonunda, dersin niteliğine, işleyiş sürecine ve kazanımlarına yönelik görüşlerini yazılı olarak ifade etmeleri istenmiştir. Yazılı metinlerden elde edilen veriler “Strateji”, “Hedef”, “İçerik”, “Yöntem” ile “Ölçme ve Değerlendirme” genel kategorileri kapsamında ele alınmış ve içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Çalışma sonunda öğretmen adaylarının bu kavramları içselleştirmedikleri ve birbiriyle karıştırdıkları, “Yöntem” ile “Ölçme ve Değerlendirme” boyutlarında diğer boyutlara göre alan yazındaki bu boyutların karşılığı olarak ortaya konulan etkinliklere daha fazla vurgu yaptıkları sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract
Developed due to changes in community life brought by the 21. Century, in the educational institutions, which are directly related with the education of individuals, the teachers should guide the individuals in using these technologies. At this point, education teacher candidates receive during their undergraduate work have an importance to increase their technology competences. In faculties of education, the teacher candidates take Computer I and Computer II courses for two semesters to develop this technology competences. In this context, by taking the views of the teacher candidates, it was aimed to give a description of the quality, functioning process and objectives of the computer courses they attended. The study group of this qualitative study is made up of 227 teacher candidates studying at various departments of the Nigde University’s Faculty of Education during the 2012-2013 academic year. The teacher candidates were asked to express their views on the quality, functioning process and objectives of the computer courses they attended in writing. The data obtained from the written texts were grouped under general categories titled “Strategy”, “Objective”, “Content”, “Method” and “Assessment and Evaluation”, and were subjected to content analysis. At the end of the study, it was found that the teacher candidates did not internalize these concepts. Also, it was found that in the “Method” and “Assessment and Evaluation” categories, where candidates confuse these two categories with each other, compared to other categories candidates put emphasis on the activities that come out as the equivalent of these categories in the literature.
