Space, beyond mere physical definitions, is a structure constantly shaped by everyday life practices and capable of self-reconstruction. In this study, the potential of everyday life practices to create a a dynamic, dynamic, and flexible space, besides its previously defined and revealed physical boundaries, will be measured through tea gardens. With their cultural and symbolic value in Turkish society from past to present; it is believed that tea gardens have formed an unique a social space special to our culture by providing an integrative and egalitarian social environment where individuals engage in various activities within their daily life flow. In this context, the spatial examination of tea gardens, which have become social spaces where people from all layers of society can come together, and the reevaluation of their place within everyday life have become significant topics. Within this framework, the study will focus on Moda Family Tea Garden, one of the oldest and well-known tea gardens in İstanbul. Within the scope of the study, the analysis has aimed to decipher spatial practices in everyday life through deductions drawn from Lefebvre, through the criteria of "leveller, everyday life, production of space, social relationships, and coexistence." The study mainly approaches the space within the framework of a theoretical discussion, and it is reached a conclusion based on the spatial data evaluates in the specific case Moda Family Tea Garden. Through empirical findings obtained from field study conducted using observation technique, the focus is on experiencing the urban space that supports the formation of everyday life and determining of the pratices of space.
