The aim of this study is to develop the Scale of Attitude Towards Superstitious Behavior in Sports (SBİDYTO) and to conduct a validity and reliability study. The study used the convenient sampling method, which is one of the purposive sampling methods. Accordingly, 197 active athletes participated in the pilot study. Data collection for exploratory factor analysis (n=197) and confirmatory factor analysis (n=201) was applied to different samples in two stages. As a result of the exploratory and factor analysis of the study, it was found that the scale, which had an explained variance value of 47.43, supported a single-factor structure with 10 items. The results of the reliability analysis applied to the scale showed that the internal consistency coefficient was 0.87. When the results of the confirmatory factor analysis were examined, it was found that the RMSEA score showed an acceptable fit for the fit indices in the fit index calculations, whereas the ?2/df, GFI, AGFI, CFI, and SRMR scores showed an excellent fit. Post-item analysis shows that the items are discriminative. The data obtained from the analyzes show that the Attitude Scale for Superstitious Behavior in Sports (SBİDYTOe) is a valid and reliable measurement instrument. At the beginning of the article, there should be an English Abstract of 250-300 words that expresses the subject briefly and concisely.
