TURKISH LANGUAGE WITHIN THE SULEYMAN THE LAWGIVER’S DIPLOMATIC LANGUAGE AND ITS WORDS’ RATE COMPARISON BY OTHER LANGUAGES IN SAMPLE DOCUMENTS
Language is among the factors representing civilization. Religion is the general state of civilization, and its shell but language is one of the most important thought vocabulary of the civilization. Determining the history of mankind is written civilizations formed by language ant tools, at the same time their canonical books that are universal. It is not possible to show a great civilization without writing. In addition to this, civilization is written culture. Although is represented as an element of cultural civilization language at the same time is like a flag. Without it, one can not talk about literature and diplomacy. Therefore, states representing the politics of civilization show their cultural and diplomatic power with language. High cultures are born from the society which their language vocabulary is high. High culture is high civilization itself and so the high civilization has a high tecnic and world possesion by objective tecnical instruments. That is the Ottoman Empire’s representative as a civilization. The shape that has been composed by Turkish Islamic civilization is the Ottoman Turkish Language and its civilization.
