Summary
Ortaokul 5., 6. ve 7. sınıf Sosyal bilgiler kitaplarındaki ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerinin içerik analizini belirlemeye yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen bu araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada ortaokul 5., 6. ve 7. sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler kitaplarındaki ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerini incelemek için hem MEB hem de Özel yayınevi öğretmen kılavuz kitabı son baskıları ele alınmıştır. Kitaplarda yer alan veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen geleneksel, alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemleri ve ölçme formları olmak üzere 3 ana başlık altında toplanan bir tablo üzerine yerleştirilmiştir. Bu ana başlıklar kitapta yer verilen ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemleri dikkate alınarak alt başlıklara ayrılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerinin öğrenme alanlarında kullanılma sıklığına bakıldığında geleneksel ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerinin ağırlıklı olarak kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Ortaokul sosyal bilgiler kitaplarındaki ölçme değerlendirme yöntemleriyle ilgili açıklamalara yer verilme durumuna bakıldığında MEB yayınevinde geleneksel ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemleriyle ilgili açıklamalara 5. ve 7. sınıflarda yer verilirken 6. sınıfta bu yöntemlerle ilgili herhangi bir açıklamaya değinilmemiştir.

Abstract
Middle School 5th, 6th and 7th grade this research conducted in order to determine the content analysis of assessment methods in social studies book, document analysis was carried out with the qualitative research methods. The content analysis was used to analyze the data. In this study, middle school, 5th, 6th and 7th grade teachers and Ministry of Education as well as private publishing the latest edition of guide books to study the measurement and evaluation methods in social studies books are discussed. The data contained in books developed by researchers traditionally are placed on a table grouped under three main headings, including alternative forms of assessment and evaluation methods and measurement. The main topics are considering where the measurement and evaluation methods in the book are divided into sub-headings. When we look at the results of the assessment and evaluation methods often used in the study it showed that learning areas are mainly used traditional assessment methods. When middle school social studies book looking at the description of the place given the situation concerning assessment methods in the Ministry of Education publishing house is traditional assessment statement to the 5th and 7th grades to methods of place given to the 6th grade mention of any description that relates to these methods.
