Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyze the relationship among protean career, boundaryless career, career satisfaction, perceived employability and turnover intention. The sample consisted of service sector. Survey method and questionnaire form were used in the study. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The path analyses showed that there is a positive relationship between physical mobility and turnover intention. There is a positive relationship between self-directed and psychological mobility, and career satisfaction. Besides, there is a negative relationship between physical mobility and career satisfaction. There is a positive relationship between psychological mobility and perceived employability. While there is a negative relationship between career satisfaction and turnover intention, there is no relationship between perceived employability and turnover intention.
