Summary
Bu araştırmanın amacı teknoloji liderliği kavramını derinlemesine incelemektir. Bu amaçla teknoloji liderliği üzerine yapılmış olan çalışmalar incelenmiş, genel bir düşünce sağlandıktan sonra ise teknoloji liderliği ve eğitim yönetimi kavramları bir araya getirilerek inceleme daha da derinleştirilmiştir. Teknoloji liderliği kavramı 21. Yüzyılda yönetim kavramının vazgeçilmez unsurlarından olmayı başarmıştır. Bu nedenle eğitim yöneticileri tarafından da üzerinde durulması ve uygulanması gereken bir yönetim biçimidir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the concept of technologic leadership. For this aim studies on technologic leadership has been searched and after general idea has been generated, technologic leadership and educational management concepts gathered and examine has been deepened. Technologic leadership concept has been managed to be a must concept of management area in 21st century. For this reason technologic leadership concept is method that educational managers must focus on and apply.
