This study, it was aimed to examine mathematics anxiety levels of primary school 3rd and 4th grade students in terms of various variables. Relational Survey Model, one of qualitative research methods, was used in research. Sample of the research consists of 348 3rd grade, 358 4th grade students. "Personal Information Form", "Mathematics Anxiety Scale for Primary School 3rd and 4th Grade Children" developed by Söylemez and Mutlu (2018) were applied to students and their percentage, frequency values ??were found. Data of research; normality test, Mann Whitney U Test, Kruskal Wallis H Test. Differences between groups were looked at by Kruskal Wallis H Multiple Comparisons. As a result of research, no significant difference was found in terms of gender variable. Mathematics anxiety levels of students whose mothers were illiterate were found to be high. Mathematics anxiety levels of students whose fathers had a primary and secondary school education level in 3rd grade and whose father had a primary school education level in 4th grade were found to be high. When examined in terms of the mother's profession variable, level of mathematics anxiety of 3rd grade students was found to be high. The anxiety of students whose fathers were civil servants was high. Mathematics anxiety levels of 3rd and 4th grade students whose families were in the 1001-2500 TL income range were found to be high. Anxiety of students who have 1-3 siblings in grade 4 was high. Mathematics anxiety levels of 3rd and 4th grade students who don’t have their own room were found to be high. Students can be identified by the teacher, their problems can be listened to mathematics course and material support can be provided. By expanding sample, level of reflecting universe can be increased. Studies on mathematics anxiety at school can be done in cooperation with school-family-teacher-student.
