Abstract


COMPARISON OF ALTAY YARATILIS MYTH and THE EPIC OF YARATILIS, M. NECATİ SEPETCIOGLU IN TERMS OF SURFACE STRUCTURE ITEMS
Various events and beliefs in peoples memories has survived to the present day by living in myths, legends, and various types of narrative. But once exposed to the cultures of their neighbors or the impact of later become acquainted with the culture. therefore, it has been formed in the new text as well as changes in the existing text. But the mythological elements of living legends have survived transformed into icons and symbols. These products are to be conducted orally as transcribed after a certain time, often forgotten and has been subject to some changes. In this context in the second half of the 19th century, Turkish creation myths, edited by Radloff from the Altay Turks, is shaped around Turkish thought, the creation of the world and the universe, the human race descent, and all of them formed the devil his evil. In this article, Altay Yaratilis Myth’ edited by Radlof and Yaratılış Epic edited by M. Necati Sepetçioğlu, figurative elements in the surface structure in terms of comparative literature science (space, time, narrator, point of view, heroes, motives, plot) were examined considering. In The analysis carried out Type science, instrument science and text linguistics methods and techniques are the theoretical ground work. Another objective of the study is to perform the extraction related to the structure of literature type of myths and legends. To be intertwined with the Mythology, that gives us knowledge of the values and experience through myth, is important in terms of understanding the universe., human and society. Poets and writers, who bring surface the myths, will open new horizons for the people with this work.
