THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN 4+4+4 EDUCATION SYSTEM’S IN TERMS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND JOB MOTIVATION ON TEACHERS
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between 4+4+4 education system’s (model) in terms of transformational leadership and job motivation on teachers. Data was gathered from 295 teachers who work in the elementary and middle schools in the city of Balıkesir in the 2016-2017 academic years. “The Scale of Assessment in Terms of Transformational Leadership” scale and “The Scale of Job Motivation” which is adapted to education organization are used in this study. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) and Simple Linear Regression Analysis are conducted to analyze data. Therefore, according to the 4+4+4 Education System examined in terms of transformational leadership, there is a statistically significant difference between school type on planning and preparation factors. Also, there is low positive relationship between the 4+4+4 education system and teachers’ job motivation.
