DETERMINATION OF WEB BASED PRESENTATION OF A MATHEMATICS UNIT RELEVANT TO PROJECT BASED
This research aims at presenting determination of web based presentation of a mathematics unit relevant to project based teaching on student success and presentation of ideas of students related to project process . Quantitative and qualitative research methods have been used together in this experimental study type. The data have been collected with group study and individualistic study forms in the content of qualitative research and with pre and final tests including 10 questions in the content of quantitative research. The participants of the study is established from 81 students participating in 11th grade basic level Mathematics course in Yozgat. T test for unrelated samples for quantitative data, content analysis for qualitative data have been analyzed. It has been reached as a result that web based presentation of a mathematics unit relevant to Project based teaching has a positive impact on student success, but there have been problems at reaching information sources in the process of Project studies which the students work with the groups, making group study, individualistic Project studies and time management.
