Leader and discourse are among the most important subjects of political science and political communication. The increase in the importance of voter preferences, especially with the establishment of the democratic system, has led to an increase in the importance of the actors and tools that will affect the election of the voters in the political institution. Because the main purpose of politics is to persuade people, to influence and to change their preferences in favor of themselves. Absolutely, it is known that the leader and the discourse are the basic tools in this direction. In addition, developments in globalization and communication technologies have carried the leader and discourse in political communication from local and national level to an international dimension. With these developments, it is seen that the effectiveness of the leader and discourse, which finds work in many fields such as political science, political communication, and political psychology, has increased at the international level. The purpose of this research is to analyze the rate and form of speeches delivered by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in international organizations such as the United Nations (UN), the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Turkic Council (TK) in the Turkish press. At the same time, the way the newspapers present the news in the process of reporting Erdogan's speeches and conveying them to the readers will also be discussed. In this study, the content analysis method, which is frequently preferred in social sciences, was used. The content analysis method was preferred in terms of the freedom it offers in the process of "constructing the research" and focusing only on the parts of the documents examined that are relevant to the research topic. In this respect, the news in the 18 newspapers selected as the sample were examined within the scope of the research problem and tables were created. As a result of the study, it was seen that Erdogan's speeches were widely covered in the Turkish press and the newspapers included the relevant speeches in proportion and within the framework of the views they adopted.
